A Proven Process
We believe in doing things the right way, every time. When you’re contacting Oak View Mechanical with your HVAC or plumbing concern, here’s what you can expect:

When you call or email our office, we’ll be ready to answer your questions and schedule an appointment.
Our appointments have a two-hour arrival window. You’ll receive a call from our service technician 30 minutes before he or she arrives at your home.
Our friendly technicians will arrive in a company van and uniform, so you’ll know it’s us. Our techs are careful to place booties on their shoes as needed to avoid tracking any debris into your home.
The tech will discuss with you any problems you’re having with your indoor-home comfort and proceed with the service or diagnosis.
Before doing any repairs, the tech will discuss the repair and cost with you to get your approval. Then, if approved, the tech will do the repair immediately, if he has the parts in the truck. The tech will also clean up the area once the repair is completed.
After completing the repair, the tech will explain to you what was done, and then will collect payment by check, credit card, or cash (though techs don’t carry change). You can have your receipt emailed or mailed to you.
